The Squier Bullet Stratocaster Tremolo Electric Guitar is an understated model that is both affordable and highly playable. If you're picking up the guitar for the first time, the Squier Bullet offers a fantastic playing feel that makes it a joy to learn on. If you're a more seasoned player and haven't played a Squier Bullet Strat before, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how responsive this little beauty is.
Classic Strat' body
The Squier Bullet Strat features the ergonomically-designed contours and curves that have made the Stratocaster such a favourite amongst guitarists for decades. Built using basswood, the guitar affords a lightweight playing feel with a balanced tonality with a mid-range emphasis and punchy tones. The body has been treated to a sumptuous paintjob with protective polyurethane coating. The figure-hugging feel combined with confident tones make this a winner.
Stable maple neck
Joined to the body via a sturdy 4-bolt standard joint is a stable maple neck, which is shaped to the "C"-shape profile for a substantial yet manageable feel in the hand. The generous 25.5-inch scale length creates a uniform playing feel with articulate response from each and every note. Paired with the neck is a luxurious Indian laurel fingerboard, which is home to 21 medium-jumbo frets adorned with pearloid dot position inlays to guide your way. The 9.5-inch fingerboard radius creates a flatter surface for your fingers to fret chords on and makes it a breeze to cruise through licks and riffs. As with the body, the neck features a polyurethane finish that improves longevity to ensure that you can rock out for years to come.
The Squier Bullet Stratocaster is equipped with a trio of standard single-coil pickups fitted in the neck, middle and bridge positions. The pickups make the most of the basswood's versatility, whilst encouraging the utmost clarity from notes across the fingerboard. From the chunkier response of the neck to the brighter attack of the bridge, full control is afforded by a 5-way pickup selector switch and accompanying Master Volume, Neck Tone, and Middle Tone controls. Whatever style of music you are tackling, you can sculpt and shape your tone to suit.
The Squier Bullet Stratocaster Tremolo is equipped with a 6-saddle vintage-style synchronized bridge, which enables you to deftly infuse your playing with subtle vibrato. The standard die-cast tuning machines uphold tuning integrity dutifully, whilst the single-ply white pickguard prevents unwanted nicks and chips from affecting the finish as you hit the strings. Squier have thought of everything when it comes to the Bullet Strat, and you are guaranteed years of enjoyment with this awesome model. Setup and strung with Fender USA 250L .009-gauge strings, you have everything needed to kick off your playing career.
