The Teenage Engineering PO-35 Pocket Operator Voice Sampler is a fun yet methodical way to create some totally unique music on the fly. Complete with a 120 second sampler, basic drum machine, some really cool effects and the ability to chain up with other pocket operator units, the Teenage Engineering PO-35 Speak is quite simply incredible.
Pedal to the metal
The PO-35 is part of the new metal series from Teenage Engineering and as such has its own built in microphone and 3.5mm audio in and out for chaining units, sending data and audio and more. Notoriously easy to program the PO-35 will have you creating fun and unique patterns at the push of a button. Built in voice models and effects ensure creativity will never run dry.
Keep going and going and going...
The PO-35 was designed to make music anywhere and can last up to a month on a single set of 2xAAA batteries under reasonably heavy use. Also as impressive is the ability to have 2 years of standby time! Whe you do need to change the batteries, you can back all of the data on the PO-35 up to any compatible device such as a computer.
Better with friends
As with the other Pocket Operators, the PO-35 has a built in Jam Sync feature complete with audio through thanks to the built in 3.5mm jack in/out connections. Depending on how you want to connect your units, you can choose from one of 5 sync modes that can utilise stereo audio or divide the left and right signals to chain mono audio on one channel and a pulse on the other.
