The Tom'sline AEG-1 5-Band Guitar Equalizer pedal is a low power consumption, ultra low noise operation amplifier booster pedal with a variety of options for sculpting your guitar tone. The black coloured brushed metal effect of the aluminium alloy chassis marries good looks with the strength to withstand onstage stomping.
The Tom'sline AEG-1 5-Band Guitar Equalizer allows you to cut and boost 5 frequencies at 100Hz, 300Hz, 1000Hz, 3000Hz and 5000Hz with each frequency adjustable by + or - 14dB. When in a live setting your guitar sound can be affected by other instruments as well as the room you're playing in so by cutting or boosting these you can vastly improve your sound. You can also use this pedal as a pure boost by setting the EQ 'flat' and using the sixth 'Volume' slider to increase the output, again this can be adjusted by + or - 14dB so no matter what situation you find yourself in this pedal is adaptable enough to get you the sound you need.
The pedal can be powered by either a 9V adapter or 9V battery and the LED Indicator is bright enough to be seen on any stage. If you're using a battery the LED will dim when power is low so you're forewarned if you're low on power. As is standard on a stompbox the input jack is on the left and the output on the right.
It's imperative to have reliable and robust gear when you're playing on stage and the Tom'sline AEG-1 5-Band Guitar Equalizer pedal is no exception. The chassis is solid and built to stand firm against the heaviest foot. The pedal switch is True Bypass so you can rest assured it won't colour your tone whilst disengaged.
