Retail Product Specialist - Guitars

Dawsons Music & Sound – Liverpool, Merseyside

Job Summary
Do you love all things guitars? If so Dawsons Music & Sound are looking for you! We're looking for an exciting and engaging guitar expert to work as a customer facing retail advisor in our City Centre Liverpool store.

Candidates should have excellent guitar knowledge with an understanding of other musical instruments, PA and recording equipment to work across all departments in our busy store. Music retail and Customer Service experience is essential, as are outstanding communication skills. Our customers come first so it is important that you have a track record of delivering exceptional levels of service.
 

Job Type / Category
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours), in our Liverpool store with a requirement to cover all areas of the store, but with a strong focus on guitars. We operate 7 days a week, so the role requires weekend working with a rotational day off.
 

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Candidates will need a combination of high-end one-to-one sales experience and excellent customer service skills to be considered for this role. We also require solid product knowledge across other instrument categories, but with strong expertise in guitars.
 

Previous retail experience is essential for this role.
