For the gigging pianist, the Yamaha CP300 Stage Piano delivers incredible build quality, intuitive operation, an authentic piano experience and a powerful sound engine that all combine to make this versatile digital instrument. Whether you're playing classical, pop, rock or anything in between, the CP300 really is a gigging dream-machine.
Graded hammer action
The Yamaha CP300 contains an 88-note, graded hammer action keyboard that responds just like a piano. Specifically, this means that the lower notes of the CP300 are slightly heavier and loose weighting as you get towards the higher notes.
This allows you to be incredibly expressive when playing which allows the powerful, 128-note polyphonic AWM sound engine to replicate sound with astonishing detail. Everything from articulate grand piano's, electric piano, synth, organs, ensemble, drums and much more are all built in ready for you to use as you wish.
Hive of connectivity
The Yamaha CP300 Stage Piano contains masses of connectivity including balanced and unbalanced outputs (XLR + 1/4" Jack), line in so you can connect any audio source you wish, sustain, sostenute and soft pedals and USB plus MIDI so that the CP300 can work in harmony with any stage or studio gear.
The top panel of the CP300 is clear and concise. All faders and buttons are labelled so that you can instantly find you way to sounds and parameters with incredible ease. A 24 character LCD screen is also there to aid you through deeper menu's as and when required, as well as displaying voice information.
The Yamaha CP300 Stage Piano is one of the best and most robust digital piano's out there. If you need to do some hardcore gigging and want a powerful machine that will stand the test of time, the CP300 is for you.
