The Yamaha Pacifica 212VFM Electric Guitar is an outstanding model that offers sublime performance at an affordable price. Having developed a reputation for producing excellent instruments, Yamaha have used their expertise to craft a guitar that is perfect for all players from beginner to pro. Whether you're practising at home, jamming with friends, recording in the studio or performing in front of an adoring crowd. The Yamaha Pacifica 212VFM is the ideal choice.

Elegant body shape

The Yamaha Pacific 212VFM is shaped to a recognisable double-cutaway body profile, with sleek contours and curves in all the right places. Whether you're playing in a seated or a standing position, the guitar sits comfortably with ready access afforded to the neck its entirety. The body is built using lightweight alder, a tonewood that is noted for its balanced tonal character with a confident midrange energy. The gloss finish protects the paintwork to preserve it for as long as possible.

Responsive yet sturdy neck

Joined to the body is a slender yet supportive maple neck, which is shaped to a C-shaped profile for a substantial yet manageable feel in the hand. The satin polyurethane neck finish prevents unwanted stickiness from holding you back as you sail through performances. Paired with the neck is a sumptuous rosewood fingerboard, which is home to 22 frets that are lavished with dot position inlays to guide your way. The 13-3/4-inch fingerboard radius provides a flatter surface to execute seamless string bends and hone your technique on.

Versatile electronics

To make the most of the alder's versatility, the Pacifica 212FM is equipped with an Alnico V humbucker in the bridge position, and a pair of Alnico V single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions. The intuitive control layout consists of a master volume knob, a 5-way pickup selector switch, and a master tone pot with push-pull coil tap abilities to extend your tonal arsenal even further. Whatever style of music you perform from smooth country licks to heavy rock riffs, you have a vibrant range of tones to play with.

Gig-ready hardware

The body is home to a vintage-style tremolo bridge with block saddles, which anchors each string supportively to enhance intonation and sustain whilst affording seamless vibrato control. The headstock is fitted with die-cast tuning machines, which uphold tuning integrity with dutiful precision throughout each and every performance. Each Yamaha Pacifica 212VFM Electric Guitar is strung with D'Addario EXL120 strings to get you off to a flying start as soon as it arrives.
