If you can't make it to your appointment, click "Reschedule" at the bottom of your confirmation email to select a new time slot that works for you.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes. Click the link in the confirmation email to cancel the booking.

You will receive a confirmation email stating the date and time of your appointment.

Can I walk in instead of making an appointment online?
While we encourage making an appointment, we gladly welcome walk-ins.
How long is the duration of each session?
Each session is 60 minutes. Don't hesitate to schedule another appointment if you're still pondering your decision. We're here to make sure you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.
Can I hook up my pedalboard?
Yes. Our staff can help hook your pedalboard up to an amplifier or PA to test with the guitars.
Will it be possible to try a guitar in a different tuning?
Guitars are set to standard tuning, but we will try our best to accommodate different requests.
Can I request a specific setup?
Guitars are left in the factory setup, which is comfortable for most players.
Can I request a specific amplifier?
Put your request in the comments section, and we will do our best to get that amplifier or something close.
