In 2015, Orange introduced the Rockerverb 50 MKIII combo, a versatile amplifier born from years of user feedback. This powerhouse was cherished not only by heavy music enthusiasts but also by touring and session musicians. Now, the Rockerverb 50 MKIII Neo combo emerges, taking the best of its predecessor and shedding weight, making it 18% lighter.
The transformation includes a 15mm Baltic birch ply cabinet and neodymium-equipped Celestion Creamback speakers, resulting in a remarkable 7 kg (15 lbs) reduction in weight. These speakers not only make the combo easier to carry but also enhance its tone, delivering a muscular and rounded quality to lead lines and a warmer, fatter sound to rhythm playing. With improved portability and tone, the Rockerverb 50 MKIII Neo combo solidifies its place as the ultimate tube combo amplifier.
